Bay Shores Senior Care and Rehab Center is seeking a part-time Receptionist for 12-hour shifts from 8a to 8p in Bay City, MI. The role serves as the primary contact for incoming calls and visitors, providing essential administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and the ability to interact effectively with residents, physicians, visitors and staff.

• Welcome and greet residents, family members, and visitors both in-person or over the phone.
• Answer phones in a professional manner and route callers as needed.
• Maintain weekly schedules for administrative staff and other staff, as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident, employee, and facility information.
• Update facility phone listing, as needed.
