Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers and visitors.
• Greet and welcome customers; set a positive tone.
• Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to team members.
• Coordinate front desk activities and answer/direct incoming calls.
• Track incoming sales calls in the CRM.
• Assist customers with questions directed to the reception desk.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
