SERVPRO Team Ridner is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Dispatcher to join our office team. You’ll be the first person customers speak with when a property emergency arises, helping to gather information and move teams efficiently.

This role involves more than answering phones; you’ll connect customers with the right teams, keep jobs organized, and help ensure timely follow-ups and smooth production workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist or office experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn computer systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls with a friendly, calm, professional attitude.
• Enter new customer and job information accurately.
• Enter FNOL information and new leads.
• Dispatch new jobs to production teams.
• Track leads and ensure timely responses.
• Greet customers and visitors to the office.
• Coordinate daily production and on-call schedules.
• Monitor jobs and relay information between office and production.
