The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service or office work, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel basics; Outlook) and ability to learn new software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of local geographic area preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and emails about past services and general inquiries.
• Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to leads and projects with management coordination.
• Review and maintain software to route teams and input customer information.
• Perform detailed data entry in multiple systems.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
