Job description

Hours:

• Full and part time available.
• Full time - four week days with alternating morning and evening shifts + every Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm. On week days our store opens at 7:00am and closes at 9:00pm. Week day shifts will be variable within those store hours.
• Part time - four to five hour shifts during the week and 9:00am - 6:00pm on Saturdays. About 20-25 hours per week
• Both positions must be flexible. Hours may vary occasionally.

Cashier/Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:

• CUSTOMER SERVICE – Customers are our first priority. Please treat them with respect and kindness to ensure they have a satisfactory experience. Greet and guide customers that come into the showroom. Must be patient and have the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• ANSWERING PHONES – Must be able to answer phones politely and quickly, and have the ability to provide customers with answers to basic questions. Cashiers must be able to direct callers to their proper departments and/or personnel. Must also be able to take and deliver messages in a timely manner.
• CASHIERING PARTS/SERVICE/SALES – Must be able to accept payments (i.e. accepting and/or counting out correct payment amount and change), and must be able to receipt these payments and post them to the appropriate accounts. Cashiers are responsible for keeping their cash register always at $100.00, reconciling daily receipts, and ensuring their closeout/cash take-in for their shift is correct.

This will be a hybrid role where occasionally you will be demonstrating vehicles to customers upon delivery.

• This will require you to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and explain product performance, application and benefits to the client.
• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features.
• Occasionally follow up with customers regarding their purchase.
