Jason Putnam - State Farm Agent seeks a friendly Receptionist to join the team. You will greet customers in person and by phone, manage appointments, and support daily office operations while identifying opportunities to discuss insurance options.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort with sales conversations. Training and licensing reimbursement are available, along with PTO and a positive, energetic culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
