MFM Building Products Corp in Coshocton, Ohio is seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative for the corporate office. The role focuses on front desk duties and also supports the Customer Service team in busy times.

Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or travel. Ideal candidates have at least three years of office experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ office or customer-service experience.
• Professional telephone manner and strong written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office.
• Willingness to learn our in-house order entry system.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer routing calls; maintain reception area.
• File documents, order office supplies, invoice proofing, and shred confidential papers.
• Process customer orders by phone, email, or fax; handle freight and returns.
• Coordinate mailings and assist other departments with admin tasks.
• backup Customer Service during vacations and absences.
