You will enter components for sales and quotes, handle emails, faxes, and returns, maintain profit margins, and assist with research on small projects. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience, particularly with customers or assembly.
• Strong analytical ability to understand pricing and cost.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, often over the phone.
• Detail oriented with patience and urgency, able to prioritize to meet customer expectations.
• Experience with Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned customer base to provide pricing, availability, and updates on order status.
• Respond to overflow customer inquiries regarding common product lines, current orders, order escalation, and part availability.
• Enter component and sub-assemblies for sales and quotes.
• Administrative support including email, fax correspondence, and returning authorizations.
• Maintain a minimum profit margin.
• Complete component pricing and availability inquiries.
• Assist inside and outside sales teams with research and pricing.
