Nicholasville Road Animal Hospital in Lexington, KY is seeking a friendly Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and patients.

You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, manage communications, handle payments, and support veterinarians with accurate records. This full-time on-site role offers a busy, team-oriented environment and opportunities to grow in client service for animal care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous veterinary or medical reception experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working with computers and practice management software.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments accurately.
• Manage other forms of electronic communication (Texting, Email, Fax).
• Check clients in and out, including processing payments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and client information.
• Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technical staff.
• Manage prescription and food requests.
• Keep the reception area clean and welcoming.
• Provide outstanding client education and support.

Position:

Client Service Representative. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for our clients and patients and plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our veterinary team.

Schedule:

• Monday thru Friday (with a scheduled day off during the week for a total of 4 weekdays) 7:55am - 6:00pm
• Rotating Saturdays 7:55am - 12:00pm
