You will greet clients, schedule appointments, handle phones and messages, manage payments, and support the veterinary team while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Veterinary or medical reception experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with computers and practice management software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and patients in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments accurately.
• Manage electronic communications (Texting, Email, Fax).
• Check clients in and out, including processing payments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and client information.
• Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technical staff.
• Manage prescription and food requests.
• Keep the reception area clean and welcoming.
• Provide outstanding client education and support.
