Veterinary Specialties Referral Center is seeking a enthusiastic Client Relations Specialist to be the first impression of our practice. The role is full time with a 4/10 schedule, emphasizing excellent telephone and in-person client service while maintaining a paperless workflow.

The ideal candidate will be organized, capable of multitasking, calm under pressure, and collaborative with team members. Veterinary medicine experience is required and compassion for animals and owners is a must.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary reception experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and process incoming patients with a friendly demeanor.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and relay messages.
• Enter client and patient data into the EMR system.
• Generate invoices and record payments in the EMR system.
• Retrieve and store patient medical records securely.
• Make reminder calls to confirm appointments.
• Maintain waiting and exam room cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Previous veterinary reception experience is required.

We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivation with high ethical standards to fill our open Client Relations Specialtist position. You will be the first impression of our practice. This position is full time; 4 / 10 hour days.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exhibit excellent telephone and in-person client service and communication skills. They will be a multi-tasker who is comfortalbe working in a fast-paced environment, they remain calm under pressure and work collaboratively with others in a team-oriented environment. Excellent computer skills are a must as we work in a paperless environment. Candidates must have compassion for animals and their owners. Prior experience in veterinary medicine is required.

Job Responsibilities: include the following.

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and processing incoming patients.
2. Answering phone calls including scheduling appointments and taking messages for doctors and staff.
3. Entering client and patient data into EMR system.
4. Generating invoices, and entering payments into EMR system.
5. Managing the retrieval and storage of patients medical records.
6. Make reminder calls confirming client appointments.
7. Maintain the cleanliness of waiting and exam rooms.
8. Other duties as assigned.
