NVA General Practice is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to support daily hospital operations and deliver an optimal experience for our patients and clients. The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, with compassion for animals and their owners.

This position offers full-time and part-time shifts, with a supportive team and benefits including 401K, health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and uniform reimbursement.

Receptionists must have compassion for animals and their owners and understand the stress that patients and clients endure. The position requires patience and a pleasant disposition, with attention to detail.

VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST

Job Summary

Receptionists must possess strong organizational skills, excellent telephone and in-person communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Receptionists must have compassion for animals and their owners and understand the stress that patients and clients endure. The position requires patience and a pleasant disposition, with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time shifts available
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 10 hour shift, Monday-Friday. 1-2 Saturdays per month
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule during weekdays and two Saturdays per month as needed. We are open from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm Monday – Friday, and Saturday 8:00am – 2:30 pm. Closed on Sundays.
