Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls and welcome visitors.
• Maintain reception area and mail/ deliveries processes.
• Receive and process vendor invoices and route for approvals.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to invoice questions.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues.
• Support office administration and cross‑department tasks.
