Qualifications

  • Two years of prior administrative/office experience.
  • Two years of Customer Service experience.
  • Valid Driver's License are required.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to various work areas.
  • Draft written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
  • Greet and welcome incoming visitors.
  • Provide effective oral and written communication (via telephone, email, and mail).
  • Handle basic administrative tasks as assigned.

Your Mission

As the Receptionist, your upbeat demeanor will set the tone for everyone who walks through our doors or connects over the phone. Juggling multiple tasks will be second nature to you as you handle incoming calls with professional finesse and respond to inquiries knowledgeable. Crafting polished emails and maintaining a professional phone presence will be your forte, making you the face of our company's hospitality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Exhibits a pleasant and welcoming demeanor both in person and on the phone.
  • Answers and directs incoming phone calls to various work areas.
  • Draft written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
  • Responds to regularly occurring requests for information.
  • Greet and welcome incoming visitors.
  • Provides effective oral and written communication (via telephone, email, and mail).
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. unassisted
  • Repeating motions on a computer that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
