Berlin Patten Ebling, PLLC, a leading Florida real estate and estate planning firm, is seeking a warm and professional receptionist for the front desk. You will welcome clients, manage a multi-line phone system, schedule meetings, and coordinate room use—setting the tone for every visitor and meeting.
You’ll support attorneys and staff with scanning, filing, and digital records while handling confidential information with discretion.
Why this role You'll be the first face clients see when they walk into one of Florida's leading real estate and estate planning firms. This isn't a "sit behind the desk and answer phones" role — you're the front of the house, setting the tone for every client meeting and closing. If you take pride in creating a polished, welcoming environment and want to work alongside professionals who appreciate the work you do, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls efficiently. Coordinate appointments, oversee conference room scheduling, and keep the reception area polished and organized. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Support attorneys and staff with scanning, filing, electronic records, and other administrative tasks. Throughout it all, you'll handle confidential client information with discretion.
What We're Looking For You're warm, polished, and unflappable under a busy front desk. You communicate clearly — in person, on the phone, and by email — and you know how to prioritize when three things need your attention at once. You're comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, case management systems) and pick up new tools quickly. Prior experience in a law firm, title company, or professional services environment is a plus but not required.
Bonus points for: bilingual English/Spanish, notary commission (or willingness to obtain one).
