Job summary

Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis is seeking a receptionist for the Quality Management department. This full-time evening-shift role includes scheduling coverage such as 12-8:30pm, 1-9pm, and 2-10:30pm, with weekend rotation and holiday shifts.

You will greet guests, handle calls, take messages, and perform clerical tasks to keep the front desk organized. Qualified candidates have a high school equivalency or at least one year of relevant experience.

Location: Ascension St. Vincent

Facility: Indianapolis

Department/Specialty: Quality Management

Schedule: Full Time Evening Shift

Shift times will be scheduled 12-8:30pm, 1-9pm and 2-10:30pm. Associates also work Saturday and Sunday every 3rd weekend on rotation from 8am-8:30pm. Shifts may change with department needs. Associates are required to work one major and one minor holiday shift per year.

Education

What minimum requirements you’ll need

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
