Acadia Healthcare's Tulsa Comprehensive Treatment Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Receptionist for a part-time morning shift. You will receive patients and visitors, answer phones, and perform general administrative tasks to support clinic operations.

The qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, prior office/administrative experience, and comfort working in an addiction recovery environment.

Qualifications

• Previous office/administrative experience preferred; healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience answering telephones, billing, typing, and filing.
• Must be comfortable in an addiction recovery environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars.
• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors.
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to destinations.
• Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations.
• Enter customer data and send correspondence.
• Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Job as a Receptionist:

The Receptionist will receive patients and visitors to the clinic in a professional manner in accordance with the office procedure of the clinic. They are responsible for answering phones, general administrative functions and providing general information about the clinic to patients and the public.

Qualifications

Your Education, Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

• Experienced in answering telephones, billing, typing or computer word processing, office machine operation, and filing
• Must be comfortable with working in an addiction recovery environment
