Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Workplace Associate to join our Columbus, OH team on-site. You will support daily facility operations, greet employees and guests, monitor building conditions and coordinate work orders across the campus.

You will also manage visitor registration, badge access, meetings, and budget/reporting tasks while ensuring HSSE compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of facility administration experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor office and facility conditions and coordinate maintenance.
• Serve as first point of contact at reception and manage visitor registration.
• Handle meeting room reservations and coordinate with Workplace Management teams.
• Administer badge access, assist with budgeting/reporting and HSSE compliance.
