Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Workplace Associate in New York, NY, on-site, to deliver comprehensive workplace management and exceptional service to employees and guests.

You will monitor facility conditions, coordinate work orders, manage registrations and visitor flows, and support the project management team with daily operations while upholding HSSE guidelines in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay professional under pressure.
• Strong planning, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and solid communication.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for employees and guests.
• Manage internal and external communications, including the main phone line.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage work-order systems.
• Provide authentic service and coordinate with vendors and the Workplace Management team.
• Monitor facility conditions and ensure safety and compliance with HSSE guidelines.
• Support meeting and conference room reservations.
