Job summary

H&R Block is seeking aseasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations in-person. You will connect clients with the right tax professional and assist with check-in, document handling, and team collaboration to ensure a smooth client experience.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and confidentiality. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is expected.
