Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Lead for its US distribution operations in Bethlehem. The role runs on days, Monday through Friday, starting at 4:30am until work is finished. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Minimum of two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
Ability to communicate effectively as a leader and coach warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

Directs the workflow, motivates, trains and monitors the performance of warehouse associates.
Monitors work processes and suggests modifications to improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy.
Supports compliance with policies, safety rules and DEA regulations.
Coaches employees to support their development in the role.
Oversees receipt of merchandise and ensures accurate logging and documentation.
Oversees counting, weighing and identifying items, and checks against invoices and orders.
Oversees packing, order filling and shipping, including handling controlled substances.
Maintains records of delivery, routes, and order-filling processes.
Ensures accuracy and quality of packing and security of controlled substances.
Manages attendance, performance, and overtime for area associates.
Performs related duties as assigned.
