Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Receiving Supervisor in Bethlehem, PA to lead daily receiving and inventory operations on days, Monday–Friday, 4:30am start? The role focuses on ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient workflow, and strong team leadership within the distribution services framework.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics, with proven communication and leadership abilities. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock and inventory levels to maintain material availability and planning accuracy.
• Improve day-to-day workflow through process improvements and team guidance.

Apply today!# **Job Details****Shift:** Days, Monday-Friday 4:30am until complete**Sign on Bonus:** $5,000This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.* Supervises daily work schedules and workflow assignments in receiving and inventory departments primarily to align workload distribution with operational priorities and service requirements.* Leads the catalog and ordering interface request process to maintain setup accuracy, process consistency, and timely issue resolution.* Resolves escalated customer and operational issues that require coordination, judgment, and follow-through across stakeholders.* Facilitates warehouse and staging area organization standards to improve safety, inventory visibility, and efficiency.* Monitors stock and inventory levels to maintain material availability and accurate operational planning.* Improves day-to-day workflow effectiveness through practical process enhancements and team guidance.* Guides team execution to reinforce accountability, role clarity, and consistent completion of assigned work.**Education:*** Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.**Experience:*** 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, specifically in receiving or inventory control departments.**Skills & Knowledge:*** Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.* Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Good analytical skills.* Strong leadership and staff development skills.* Working knowledge of computers and company systems and programs.* Ability to prioritize workloads and consistently meet deadlines.
