Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Corporation in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to oversee daily schedules in receiving and inventory, starting early shifts (4:30am) Monday–Friday until work is complete, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will lead process improvements, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet service priorities and safety standards.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years in warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, especially in receiving or inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work schedules and workflow in receiving and inventory departments to align workload with priorities.
• Leads catalog and ordering interface request process to maintain setup accuracy and timely issue resolution.
• Resolves escalated customer and operational issues across stakeholders.
• Facilitates warehouse and staging area organization to improve safety, inventory visibility and efficiency.
• Monitors stock and inventory levels to maintain material availability and accurate planning.
• Improves workflow effectiveness through process enhancements and team guidance.
• Guides team execution to reinforce accountability and timely completion of tasks.
