Job summary

Veolia, in partnership with Clean Earth, seeks an Outbound Manager to oversee outbound operations, plan production, and guide a team in waste shipment and processing. You will ensure compliance with RCRA, DOT, and local regulations while coordinating with plant management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in environmental/hazardous waste operations, a BA/BS in an environmental field, and a 40-hour HAZWOPER certification. Travel is minimal; a strong leader will drive safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BS in environmental field preferred.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER training current or ability to obtain.
• 5+ years in environmental/hazardous waste management in operations.
• Knowledge of RCRA and DOT regs for waste transport and processing.
• Experience with outbound waste profiling and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound waste shipments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage outbound shipping and maintain waste inventory in tracking system.
• Lead outbound team to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate with plant management on safety and regulatory adherence.
• Provide cost management insights and continuous improvement.
