Job summary

Veolia, a leader in environmental services, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join the North America team. Under the service center manager, you will oversee shipping, receiving and daily coordination, ensuring DOT compliance and accurate data across the facility.

You will coach staff, manage inventory, review driver logs, and participate in hiring. The role requires 2+ years of leadership experience, proficiency with logistics software and a solid understanding of transportation

Qualifications

High School Diploma required, some college or associate's degree in a related field preferred, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
2+ years of administrative tasks and office management experience.
2+ years of proven leadership experience.
Experience with transportation management software and knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
Experience with Salesforce, Preview, SPAK, and Steriwise required.

Responsibilities

Oversee shipping and receiving operations and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
Coordinate daily service center activities and drive operational efficiency.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to direct reports and participate in recruitment.
