Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee receiving and inventory in our distribution services. The role schedules daily work, aligns workload with priorities, and ensures accurate workflow through the team.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in supply chain or related field and has 3+ years of warehouse experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in warehouse operations, distribution, or inventory control.
• Experience in receiving or inventory control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily work schedules and workflow for receiving and inventory.
• Coordinate workload distribution to meet priorities and service goals.
• Maintain setup accuracy in catalog and ordering interfaces.
• Resolve escalated issues across stakeholders with coordination and follow-through.
• Promote safety, inventory visibility, and process efficiency.
• Guide team to ensure accountability and timely completion of work.
