Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at the ICS facility in Lockbourne, OH. The role leads daily BluePoint receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping operations, supervising AHP warehouse staff to ensure safe, accurate, and timely execution in a GMP/GDP-regulated context.

You will oversee ambient and refrigerated inventory, cycle counts, inter-site transfers, and coordination with Quality, Inventory Control, and Transportation teams, while maintaining compliance and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or distribution supervisory experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, regulated distribution, or cold chain a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train, and monitor warehouse associates on BluePoint operations.
• Manage staffing, assignments, attendance, overtime, productivity, and performance.
• Supervise receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement.
