Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver in Pennsylvania to support store operations through accurate receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTVs, and compliance activities. The role collaborates with the Store Operations Manager to maintain inventory integrity, execute forklift operations, and participate in daily reporting and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have shipping/receiving experience, basic computer and math skills, and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and perform duties with accuracy.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, and transfers; support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Operate forklift and related equipment; assist customers as needed.
• Complete required reports and documentation for inventory and compliance.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and process improvements.
