Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role involves receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Essential duties include maintaining attendance, flexible hours, and delivering Legendary Customer Service. Forklift operations and safety/compliance tasks are part of daily responsibilities, with a focus

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving is preferred.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and add value.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Receive Direct POs and various freight transfers and perform reconciliation reports.
