Job summary

Tractor Supply in East Stroudsburg, PA seeks a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance workflows. You will handle receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The role focuses on stock accuracy, safe operations, and responsive service within a busy retail environment serving neighbors and teams alike.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.

• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability.
• Use A+ Coaching routines to develop Team Members, improve selling behaviors.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Pull waiting OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Complete BOPIS Reconciliation Report and BODFS Reconciliation Report.
• Receive Direct POs, Mixing Center freight, Bulk Center freight, and DC receiving transfers.
• Receive and key truck, execute truck unload plan, stage totes for Freight Team Leader.
• Stock and tag direct vendor freight, front/sidelot DC freight, and leather footwear.
• Create Fill to Capacity picklists for the Freight Team.
• Key inventory adjustments and correct discrepancies per procedures.
• Review Negative On Hand Report and follow up.
• Review and execute buybacks and RTV processes.
• Check ACT for assigned tasks and complete receiving, inventory, and compliance actions.
• Key daily defectives, print Summary Report, and submit to Store Operations Manager.
• Complete Fire Extinguisher sign off and related safety program requirements.
• Complete monthly food expiration reviews and other routine checks.
• Check High Dollar List; identify Rainchecks and transfers.
• Process UPS/FedEx shipments, freight claims, recycling where applicable.
• Complete various reviews (Layaway, Special Order, Raincheck, INR, RGO) and Verify Ship to Store Orders.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance.
• Operate forklift, baler, cash register, and other equipment as needed; assist customers.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• Obtain license or certifications as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
