Qualifikationen

• Minimum experience indicated; prior warehouse exposure is beneficial.
• English and/or bilingual (Spanish) proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Inspect incoming cargo for damage and inform management if any.
• Receive and review all paperwork for incoming cargo.
• Ensure required documents are correct and match pallet data.
• Scan documents into GDZ and take photos of cargo.
• Enter measurements and weights into the system and print DR for customers.
• Label and note information for HAZMAT and bonded cargo.
• Maintain organized workstation and assist with inventory.
• Process UPS/FedEx boxes into GDZ and handle transloads as needed.
• Answer emails to the Receiving department and perform other duties.
