Coastal Logistics Group is seeking a General Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage shipments and inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will ensure accurate receiving and shipping, maintain records, and uphold safety standards while supporting team operations.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and good communication skills to coordinate with internal departments and drivers. Weekend and overtime may be required.

Formación

• Experience in a warehouse shipping/receiving role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive shipments, inspect, verify accuracy and quality, document discrepancies.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensure customer specs and proper labeling.
• Maintain inventory records, perform regular counts and audits.
• Monitor material condition and report quality issues.
• Complete shipping/receiving documentation (bills of lading, packing slips, logs).
• Adhere to safety regulations and use PPE as required.
• Identify and resolve shipping/inventory discrepancies with team.
• Collaborate with team and other departments for timely operations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
