Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Verify quantities, products, and shipping documents against purchase orders.
• Unload and move materials safely within the warehouse.
• Label and organize received materials.
• Enter receiving information into the company system.
• Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety rules.
