Job summary

Certified Collectibles Group's CGC Cards division in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Receiving Submission Processing Specialist to manage intake, verify submissions, and enter data into our internal system within a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.

You will lift up to 40 pounds, coordinate with internal teams, and support production processes while enjoying a stable full-time schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities in the collectibles industry.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of consecutive work experience; prior receiving or data entry experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Trello, or similar, preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work occasional overtime based on business needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including sitting for extended periods and lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds.

Receiving and Submission Processing Specialist – CGC Cards

Sarasota, FL, On-site, Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

We’re looking for a Receiving Submission Processing Specialist to join our CGC Cards division to support the intake and processing of collectible submissions in our Sarasota, FL offices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and wants to learn more about the world of Trading, Non-trading and Sports card collecting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A RECEIVING SUBMISSION PROCESSING SPECIALIST:
