Job summary

Certified Collectibles Group is seeking a Receiving Submission Processing Specialist for its CGC Comics division in Sarasota, FL. You will verify shipment contents, enter data, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission handling in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel; familiarity with Zendesk or Trello is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of consecutive work experience; data entry experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with solid communication skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Trello) preferred; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer submissions and verify contents against forms.
• Enter submission data into the internal database accurately.
• Communicate with internal customer service to confirm submission details.
• Prepare submissions for internal production processes.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely handling of submissions.
• Maintain clean, organized, compliant workspaces.
• Work overtime as needed.
