Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to safeguard inventory accuracy, manage receiving, and support store operations across the district. The role emphasizes coordinating with the Store Operations Manager and executing routine inventory controls, reconciliations, and transfers to keep the backroom organized and compliant.

You will handle forklift operations, POS tasks, and daily reporting while maintaining a safe, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Operate forklift and related equipment as needed.
• Receive Direct POs, manage stock and transfers, and perform inventory adjustments.
• Stock and tag merchandise according to process standards.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and store operating procedures.
