Job summary

Motek, part of the Happy Corner Hospitality collective, is a Mediterranean concept restaurant in New York. We are seeking a receiver to ensure smooth kitchen operations by stocking and receiving orders from vendors, starting at 6:00am on days worked.

You’ll review invoices, maintain an organized kitchen, and collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely service. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen and attention to detail are essential; weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a fast-paced kitchen (Mediterranean experience a plus).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual a huge plus, but not required.
