Job summary

Motek, a Mediterranean concept restaurant, is seeking an Expeditor to bridge the kitchen and front-of-house teams. You will help coordinate service flow and ensure plates meet quality, presentation, and timing standards.

Join a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where teamwork and clear communication are essential, with opportunities for growth and weekly pay. Evening/weekend/holiday availability is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledgeable on food safety guidelines.

Position Overview

As an Expeditor you'll play a crucial role between the kitchen and the front-of-house team, ensuring that every plate leaving the kitchen meets our standards of quality, presentation, and timing. You'll help coordinate the flow of service and maintain clear communication between cooks and servers to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
