Job summary

Motek, part of the Happy Corner Hospitality collective, is seeking an Expeditor to bridge kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring plates meet our standards of quality, presentation, and timing. You will help coordinate the flow of service and maintain clear communication between cooks and servers to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

The Expeditor will play a crucial role in coordinating service pace, checking tickets, and supporting a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced Mediterranean

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledgeable on food safety guidelines.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team orientation.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between FOH and kitchen during service.
• Ensure all food is plated correctly and presentation is up to standards.
• Ensure ticket accuracy before leaving the kitchen.
