Nucor Rebar Fabrication Southeast is seeking a Detail­ing Project Manager with construction experience to lead detailing efforts, manage complex projects, and ensure on-time delivery and profitability. The role emphasizes safety, coordination among detailers, vendors, and engineers, and maintaining strong customer relations.

The ideal candidate will oversee project documentation, scheduling, and change orders, while aligning with Nucor's standards and contract management guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• Proven project management experience in construction preferred.
• Strong detailing coordination and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and drawings, coordinating detailing to ensure cost-effective supply.
• Manage total contract activities: detailing, scheduling, delivery and costs.
• Oversee contract obligations and ensure timely fulfillment on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with contractor, rebar installer, engineer and architect.
• Schedule detailing and delivery with contractors, detailers and production staff.
• Support change orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Interpret plans and contract terms for staff and customers.
• Represent the company in project meetings when needed.
