Job summary

Nucor Rebar Fabrication Midwest is seeking a Detail Project Manager with experience in rebar and construction to lead complex projects from estimating to final delivery. You will coordinate detailing, scheduling, and all contract activities with multiple stakeholders, ensuring cost-effective execution while maintaining strong customer relations.

Ideal candidates have a background in detailing or construction project management, the ability to apply ACI/CRSI standards, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated construction project management experience or experience as a rebar detailer.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across estimating, detailing, scheduling and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents and coordinate detailing for cost-effective delivery.
• Provide total contract management from estimating to final completion.
• Oversee scheduling, detailing, delivery and costs with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate requirements with contractor, rebar installer, engineer and architect using company guidelines.
• Lead safety programs and uphold Nucor values.
