Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated construction project management experience or at least ten years' experience as a rebar detailer.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents/drawings and coordinate detailing efforts to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide total contract management of each project, coordinating detailing, scheduling, delivery and costs.
• Oversee that Nucor Rebar Fabrication fulfills contractual obligations on the assigned project(s).
• Coordinate project requirements with contractor representatives, rebar installers, engineers and architects.
• Schedule detailing and delivery of required products with contractors, detailers and production staff.
• Assist in the change order process and ensure proper documentation per company procedures.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff, works, and customers.
