Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated construction project management experience.
• Experience as a rebar detailer.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents and coordinate detailing for cost efficiency.
• Manage project from estimating to final completion with multiple detailers and vendors.
• Coordinate with contractor representatives, engineers, and architects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with change orders and project documentation.
