Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, address escalations, and partner with store leaders to maintain project momentum. Overnight travel and cross-state assignments are common, with strong growth opportunities within Walmart's culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master's degree in Business or related field is preferred; 1 year experience leading cross-functional teams; Project Management - Management Professional Certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with store leadership to minimize impact on store operations and travel to project sites as required.
• Develop associates through supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home; be prepared for overnight assignments and long shifts as needed.
