Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track and within budget.

Weekly travel is required to support projects nationwide; a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery is essential to drive successful outcomes and organizational growth at Walmart.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in these areas.
• Experience with leading people, projects, initiatives, or leading cross-functional teams.

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
