Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new builds, and special projects across the US. You will own project execution, supervise hourly staff, and partner with store leadership to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality.

The role involves frequent travel across the United States, overnight shifts, and a competitive compensation package with performance bonuses. Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years’ experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsabilités

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track and within budget.
