Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home; spend 80% of time away from home, 17–21 days at a time.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates; mentor and coach teams.
