Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high-quality standards.

You will collaborate with store leadership, supervise hourly associates, and travel across the US to support projects. The role emphasizes internal advancement and development opportunities within Walmart.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• All associates in the role must successfully complete required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
