Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on time and within budget.

You can expect overnight travel, up to 1000 miles from home, with reimbursements for lodging and meals. This role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and developing associates while upholding Walmart standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business or related field; 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams; Project Management certification (PMP)

• Project Ownership: Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Influencing Others: Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects; encourage collaboration and resolve concerns.
• Develop Associates: Provide supervision and development opportunities for your team members; coach, mentor, and recognize performance.
