Job summary

Walmart Realty Execution is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own the delivery of store remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States. You will partner with store leaders to supervise hourly teams, manage escalations, and keep projects on schedule and budget, with frequent travel required.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and a strong commitment to Walmart's standards of quality and integrity. Overnight shifts and extensive travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Masters degree in Business or related field is preferred and PMP or similar certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Own project execution to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and quality standards.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
